- Smoked Eel - 1.2 oz
- Brioche - 2.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.2 oz
- Scallions - to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix - 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Jelly Powder - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide

Quickly toast the brioche in a dry skillet until it forms a crust.
