Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Yogurt powder - 1 qt
- Scallions - 3 stalks
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Cilantro - ½ bunch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare shaped ice in advance. Place a small sprig of parsley in each cavity, then fill with water and place in the freezer.
Step 2
Wash and dry all the vegetables. Remove the seeds and stem from the pepper, and chop finely. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and dice into small cubes. Finely chop all the greens. Peel the garlic and crush it in a garlic press. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and dice.
Step 3
Put all the prepared ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Then season with salt and pepper to taste and add the chilled yogurt, blending again. Place the gazpacho in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
Step 4
Before serving, pour the gazpacho into bowls and add one or two ice cubes with parsley to each.
