- Pickled Nettle - 2 lbs
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 14.1 oz
- Dill - 0.4 oz
- Radish - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Bread Kvass - 3 qt
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort through the young nettle leaves, rinse them, and pour 1 liter of boiling water over them. Cook for 15 minutes, then strain and puree.
Step 2
Chop the cucumbers, green onion, and dill, mix them with the nettle puree, pour in the bread kvass, add grated radish with salt, and cool.
Step 3
When serving, garnish the soup with sour cream and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
