Ingredients
- Beans - 3.5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Broth - 17.6 oz
- Sauerkraut - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the beans and leave for 12 hours.
Step 2
Boil the beans in salted water.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, and boil until half-cooked.
Step 4
Boil the smoked bacon in the meat broth and slice it.
Step 5
Combine the potatoes and beans and pour in the boiling broth. Add the sauerkraut and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bay leaf to the soup.
Step 6
Chop the onion and sauté with flour in butter or fat. Add to the soup and cook until done.
