- Courgette - 17.6 oz
- Sweet Potato - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Coconut flakes - 1.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Coconut flakes - to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Serve the pancakes sprinkled with coconut chips and accompanied by sweet chili sauce.

Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds if they are overripe. Grate the zucchini using a grater.

Place the zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt, wait for about 5 minutes, and then squeeze out the juice. Transfer to a bowl.

Peel the sweet potato and grate it. Add it to the zucchini.
