Zucchini baked with cheese

Ingredients

  • Courgette - 14.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Herbes de Provence - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the zucchini into strips. Place in a bowl and mix with salt and flour.

Step 2

In one bowl, beat the two eggs and cold boiled water. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, herbs de Provence, and cheese blended in a blender. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg mixture, then into the cheese coating.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Place a rack on a baking sheet and lay out the zucchini on it. Send to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

Place the finished zucchini on a plate and serve with sauce.
