Ingredients
- Courgette - 1.1 oz
- Suluguni Cheese - 1.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Mild Chili Spice - a pinch
- Marinated cherries - 4 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and cut it into thin squares.
Step 2
Grease a skillet with oil, place it over high heat, and add a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 4
Add the zucchini to the hot skillet.
Step 5
Season with black pepper.
Step 6
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.
Step 7
When the second side is browned, flip it again and reduce the heat to just below medium.
Step 8
Place a cube of cheese on top.
Step 9
Season with chili pepper.
Step 10
Wait until the cheese slightly melts, then let it cool.
Step 11
Cut the white part of the Chinese cabbage into squares, similar to the zucchini. Skewer the ingredients in the following order: cabbage, zucchini with cheese, cherry tomato, cabbage, zucchini with cheese.
Step 12
Repeat the previous step with each skewer, arrange the canapés on a plate, and serve.
