Description

A hearty appetizer that brings joy on rainy August evenings and during chilly winter holidays. The key is to use good vegetables, and don’t forget to serve a shot of cold vodka with the finished caviar.

Ingredients

  • Courgette - 5 lbs
  • Tomatoes - 0 lbs
  • Onion - ½ kg
  • Carrot - ½ kg
  • 9% Vinegar - 2 spoons
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
