- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into rings and sauté.
Step 2
Peel the zucchini and pass it through a meat grinder along with the sautéed onion.
Step 3
Place the zucchini with onion, salt, sugar, and oil in a pot and cook for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
After that, add the tomato paste and mayonnaise and cook for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Then, you can pack it into sterilized jars and seal for winter.
