  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Saffron - 3 teaspoons
  • Rosemary - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Peel the potatoes and carrot, cut them into large cubes. Boil them first, adding salt.

Peel the zucchini, then cut it into large cubes, boil, and add salt.

Step 3

When everything reaches a semi-cooked state, pour it into a blender using a ladle. First, add the vegetables, then gradually add water until the soup reaches the desired thickness.

Then add the saffron to the blender and mix everything together.

Pour the finished mixture into a prepared soup pot.
