Ingredients
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
