Ingredients
- Courgette - 24.7 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and grate it using a coarse grater. Sprinkle with salt, mix well, and let it sit for 30 minutes to release its juice. Squeeze out some of the excess liquid. If you skip this step, the zucchini will release more juice while cooking, making the batter too runny.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix together 2 eggs and garlic, then add to the zucchini. Gradually incorporate the flour. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Fry in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil, using a spoon to shape them. If desired, after frying, you can place the pancakes on a paper towel to absorb excess grease. The garlic adds a very pleasant spiciness. Serve with sour cream.
