Ingredients
- Young zucchini - 2 pieces
- Spinach - 1.8 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Avocado - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grate the zucchini without peeling and lightly salt them.
Step 3
Squeeze the zucchini to remove excess juice.
Step 4
Blanch the spinach in boiling water, then squeeze it and blend it into a bright green puree.
Step 5
Combine the spinach with the zucchini, add flour, eggs, garlic pressed through a garlic press, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Mix the entire mixture well; if the batter is too runny, add another tablespoon of rice flour.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the fritters on low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Place the cooked fritters on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
