- Courgette - 1 piece
- Sesame bun - 3 spoons
- Ground Cumin - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 spoons
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, grind the sesame seeds in a blender or coffee grinder. If your blender is not very powerful, finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Combine the chopped zucchini and the remaining ingredients in a blender. If the mixture is too dry for your blender, add a couple of tablespoons of water (adding more will turn it into a soup).
Step 3
Once you achieve a smooth cream, taste it and add more salt or lemon juice to your liking.
