Description

Zucchini is easily digestible by the body. It contains soft dietary fibers that do not irritate the stomach and intestines and have a stimulating effect on their function. Due to its high potassium content, this vegetable has a diuretic effect, aids in the elimination of table salt, and positively influences heart activity. By creating an illusion of quick satiety, zucchini helps to prevent the consumption of other, more calorie-dense foods, which is important for obesity prevention. Zucchini is especially beneficial for elderly people. It activates digestive processes, improves the motor and secretory functions of the stomach and intestines, positively affects blood formation, prevents the development of atherosclerosis, and reduces swelling. Zucchini juice has a calming effect and improves sleep. It is recommended to use zucchini in an unripe state (ripe ones become tough and less tasty). They can be stewed, fried, stuffed, or used to make pancakes, caviar, salads, etc. Young zucchini should be thoroughly washed and both ends trimmed (there is no need to remove the seeds or peel them, but if you encounter more mature fruits, they should definitely be peeled and the seeds removed).

  • Courgette - 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 2 teaspoons
  • Ground clove - a pinch
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - 2 teaspoons
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grind the sesame seeds into a flour-like consistency using a coffee grinder.

Step 2

Cut the zucchini, with the skin on, into cubes (for easy blending) and place them in a blender along with the other ingredients, including the sesame seeds.

Step 3

Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Serve sprinkled with paprika and black pepper, accompanied by sticks of sweet bell pepper and sprigs of cilantro.
