  • Concentrated Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Armenian Lavash - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Peel the zucchini.

Step 2

Sauté the zucchini in a pan.

Step 3

Blend the sautéed zucchini until it reaches a mousse consistency.

Step 4

Add pine nuts, a splash of lemon juice, and a bit of cilantro.

Step 5

Spread the mixture onto the Armenian lavash.

Step 6

Serve with dry white wine.
