Description
Caloric content ranges from 95 to 110 kcal per 100 grams, depending on the chosen mushrooms and the amount of oil used for frying. I had a jar of mushroom caviar, and since the minced meat is already fatty, I didn't add any oil at all — it turned out very nutritious and delicious.
Ingredients
- Courgette - 21.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Veal Mince - 5.6 oz
- Morels - 8.8 oz
- Scallions - 1.1 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess moisture.
Step 2
Add the eggs, flour, and salt.
Step 3
Spread the prepared mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a thin layer (1–1.5 cm).
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 482°F until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Step 5
While the zucchini is baking, prepare the filling. Fry the mushrooms (I had a jar of mushroom caviar) and the minced meat until cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped green onions and processed cheese (you can use hard cheese, but I had this one), and mix well.
Step 6
Spread the filling over the cooled zucchini flatbread and roll it up.
Step 7
Garnish with herbs or tomatoes if desired.
Step 8
Before serving, cut into small pieces.
