Description

  • Panko breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
  • Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Courgette - 17.6 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Marinara sauce - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. In another bowl, lightly beat the egg.

Step 2

Cut the zucchini into small sticks and dry them well. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Step 4

Dip the zucchini sticks in the egg, then coat them in the Parmesan mixture. Place the sticks on a baking sheet in a single layer, skin side down, and bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes.
