Ingredients
- Frozen black currant puree - 3.5 oz
- Banana puree - 1.8 oz
- Peanut Butter - 1.8 oz
- Acai powder - 0.2 oz
- Avocado - 3.5 oz
- Chia Seeds - 0.2 oz
- Mango - 1.8 oz
- Pitaya - 1.8 oz
- Strawberry - 0.7 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
Step 2
Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
Step 3
Peel the pitaya and cut it into wedges.
Step 4
Place the berry puree, avocado, peanut butter, and acai in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a deep plate.
Step 5
Garnish the bowl with mango, pitaya, strawberries, chia seeds, and sprinkle with dried berries.
