Ingredients

  • Frozen black currant puree - 3.5 oz
  • Banana puree - 1.8 oz
  • Peanut Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Acai powder - 0.2 oz
  • Avocado - 3.5 oz
  • Chia Seeds - 0.2 oz
  • Mango - 1.8 oz
  • Pitaya - 1.8 oz
  • Strawberry - 0.7 oz
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the avocado and remove the pit.

Step 2

Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.

Step 3

Peel the pitaya and cut it into wedges.

Step 4

Place the berry puree, avocado, peanut butter, and acai in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a deep plate.

Step 5

Garnish the bowl with mango, pitaya, strawberries, chia seeds, and sprinkle with dried berries.
