- Quinoa - 5 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Pink Himalayan Salt - a pinch
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Ginger - ¼ teaspoon
- Coconut Milk - 5 fl oz
- Banana - 1 piece
- Agave Syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour water into a small saucepan, add quinoa, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 2
Reduce heat and simmer slowly (adding water as needed), stirring occasionally, until quinoa is tender and the mixture is thicker.
Step 3
Warm the plant-based milk and spices slightly.
Step 4
Divide the quinoa into two portions, drizzle with spiced milk, and add honey with pieces of banana. You can garnish with berries.
