Ingredients
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 12.3 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Potato protein - 3.5 oz
- 3.2% Milk - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat room temperature butter together with sugar and salt until fluffy.
Step 2
Add eggs one at a time while continuing to beat.
Step 3
Mix flour with starch and baking powder, and gradually add to the egg-butter mixture alternating with milk.
Step 4
Take 2 baking pans with a diameter of 26 cm and line them with parchment paper. I use silicone-coated paper, which does not need greasing.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the pans and bake for 35 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 25 minutes to prevent the biscuit from falling.
Step 7
Let the layers cool and cut them in half.
Step 8
Then soak and decorate as desired.
