Description
In the morning, it soaks in and becomes divinely delicious!!!!
Ingredients
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Boiling water - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk - 11.3 oz
- Cream 22% - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the batter, beat the eggs and sugar until a strong foam forms. Next, mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture. In a cup, pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then immediately add this mixture to the batter. So, the batter is ready, it should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream. Pour it into a mold and bake at 356°F for 25–30 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
Step 2
For the soaking, mix the condensed milk with the cream. After the cake has risen and cooled slightly, poke holes in it (I used toothpicks) all over the surface — this is necessary for soaking. Then soak the cake (I do not remove it from the mold, I soak it directly in it by pouring with a spoon over the entire surface).
Step 3
The cake should sit for 5–6 hours (I leave it overnight).
