- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine, add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and flour. Then beat the egg whites, add salt, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Grease the baking dish with butter. Form two patties from the dough, place the gooseberries between them, and pinch the edges. Place the pie in the oven for 40–50 minutes.
Step 3
Brush the finished pie with butter and serve with fruit juice.
