- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Heavy cream - 17 fl oz
- Gelatin - 8 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz

Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Blend the almonds with the milk, pour the mixture into a saucepan, add the cream and sugar, bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Let it steep for a while, then strain through a fine sieve.
Step 2
Squeeze the gelatin, dissolve it in the hot milk and cream mixture, pour the result into molds, and refrigerate for four hours.
