Preheat the oven to 356°F. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, eggs, and sugar until the mixture is fluffy. Combine the flour with the baking powder, ground almonds, and orange zest. Gently fold in the oil and sugar mixture. Grease a 22x11 cm baking pan with oil, pour in the mixture, and bake for 50 minutes.
Step 2
Reduce the temperature to 338°F and bake for another 10 minutes. Check the cake's doneness with a toothpick.
