Almond crumble with raspberries, nectarines, and red currants

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Ground Almonds - 4.4 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Nectarines - 2 pieces
  • Red Currant - 1.8 oz
  • Raspberry leaves - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the crumble, thoroughly mix ground almonds, flour, sugar, butter, and salt using a mixer.

Step 2

For the crumble filling, combine peeled and diced nectarines with raspberries and currants. (You can use either fresh or frozen berries.) Add nutmeg, a little sugar (10 g), and flour (10 g). Gently mix.

Step 3

Place the fruit mixture into four individual baking pots, sprinkle with the almond mixture on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 347°F for about 25-30 minutes. (To speed up the process, you can cover the pots with foil.)
