Ingredients
- Almonds - 5.3 oz
- Roasted Almonds - 2.6 oz
- Almond paste - 2.1 oz
- Almond Extract - 0 fl oz
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients in a blender with the addition of water until smooth. Then, strain the mixture through a fine sieve into any container, removing any large particles while straining. Place the strained mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 2
After an hour, take the granita out, stir with a fork, and return it to the freezer for 2 hours. Repeat this operation every 30 minutes. Once ready, divide the granita into portions and serve.
