Description

The composition of granola can be anything, i.e., any nuts, seeds, dried fruits, oats, and honey. At home, an extraordinary aroma is guaranteed! Granola stores well in an airtight container and is sensitive to moisture.

Ingredients

  • Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Oats - 7.1 oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 3 fl oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

The method of preparation is simple: chop the nuts and dried fruits, add the seeds and oats.

Step 2

Dissolve the honey in 100 ml of water, heat (do not bring to a boil).

Step 3

Pour the water with honey into the mixture of nuts and oats, and mix well.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, evenly spread the granola, and bake at 302°F for about 20 minutes.

Step 5

Stir the granola every 3–5 minutes, especially at the edges, to prevent burning.
