- Almonds - 2.8 oz
- Pecans - 1.8 oz
- Sesame Seeds - 0.9 oz
- Flax seeds - 0.9 oz
- Pumpkin Seeds - 0.9 oz
- Honey - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Dates - 1.1 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide

In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oats, raw nuts, and seeds. Add the cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, melt the honey with the butter, pour it into the dry mixture, and mix well.
