  • Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
  • Almond - 1.8 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 4.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
  • Milk - 2 fl oz
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
  • Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Thyme - 1 tablespoon
  • Seedless Green Grapes - 10.6 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Grease a 22 cm (9 inch) springform pan with butter.

Sift both flours, the baking powder, and salt.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until pale yellow, about 3 minutes.

Add olive oil, milk, vanilla paste, orange zest, and thyme leaves to the egg mixture. Stir well.

Add the flour mixture and use the paddle attachment to knead the dough.
