  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cream the sugar with the butter until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Add the flour, ground almonds, and grated zest of half a lemon to the cream. Mix thoroughly until it forms a dough.

Step 3

Roll the dough into a disk shape, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer.

Step 4

Once the dough has hardened, grate it using a coarse grater.

Step 5

Pour the dough into a baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 329°F. Bake until golden brown for about 1 hour (depending on the size of the dish).

Step 6
