- Whole egg - 4 pieces
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Almond - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns pale, then add the almonds and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 2–3 mm. Grease a baking tray with oil, line it with parchment paper, and then place the rolled-out pastry on top.
Step 3
Spread the mixture of sugar, almonds, and egg yolks over the sheet of dough, then fold the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out.
Step 4
Place in an oven preheated to 374°F for twenty-five to thirty minutes.
