- Wheat Flour - 2.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Almonds - 2.6 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
- Whipped Cream - 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sift the flour into a bowl, mixing it with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the ground almonds.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with a mixer along with the sugar and vanillin until a homogeneous, thick mass forms. Gently mix with the flour and nuts, pour the mixture onto the baking sheet in a thin layer, and bake for 12-15 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Step 3
Sprinkle a sheet of parchment paper with powdered sugar and flip the cake onto it, carefully removing the stuck paper from the top. Spread the whipped cream over the cake and sprinkle with almond flakes. Roll it up tightly.
Step 4
Serve, dusted with powdered sugar.
