Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix almond flour, almond paste, 70 ml of maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture into a mold. Allow the mixture to set in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Melt cocoa butter, cocoa powder, and 10 ml of maple syrup with a pinch of salt in a saucepan over low heat until it reaches a creamy consistency, stirring continuously. Pour the resulting chocolate mixture over the almond base and let it set in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Cut the almond cake into squares and store in the refrigerator.
