Beat the sugar and butter together until creamy and fluffy.

Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt, and continue to whisk.

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Mix well.

Then add the milk and stir everything until smooth.

Distribute the dough into the molds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 347°F for 25–30 minutes.

For the buttercream made with egg whites, you will need: 5 egg whites, 200 grams of sugar, 200 grams of butter, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Whisk the egg whites with sugar and place them over a double boiler.

Whisk until the sugar has dissolved (about 2–3 minutes).

Transfer the resulting mixture to a separate bowl, add the lemon juice, and whisk until stiff peaks form.

While continuing to beat, start adding the softened butter and food coloring.

Place the finished cream in the refrigerator for 60 minutes; during this time, the butter will set and the cream will firm up.
