  • Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt - to taste
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a separate bowl, beat the egg, sugar and/or vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt with a mixer until frothy.

Step 2

Add the sifted flour with baking powder, milk, and sunflower oil to the mixture, and whisk.

Step 3

Adjust the batter's thickness by adding more milk or flour, ensuring it spreads easily in the pan.

Step 4

Pour a small amount of batter into the center of a hot skillet using a ladle, do not spread or lift the skillet.

Step 5

When the pancake is covered with bubbles, flip it over.

Step 6

Stack on a plate and drizzle with toppings.
