Description

I found this recipe online and really liked it. That's why I added it to this site, so I can easily access it anytime and share it with everyone! I will post my own photo after the next time I make it (I didn't have time to take a photo the first time I made it because it was all too delicious!).

Ingredients

  • Butter - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Condensed Milk - 1 can
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

For the dough, first mix the sour cream, softened butter (200 grams), and sugar in a large bowl, then add the flour and baking powder to knead a shortcrust pastry.

Step 3

Since there is no meat grinder, you need to pinch off small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet (greased with butter or lined with parchment paper).

Step 4

Bake for 10–15 minutes at 356°F until the cookies turn a nice brown color.

Step 5

While the cookies are baking, prepare the cream. To do this, mix the softened butter (200 grams) and the cooked condensed milk until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator for a while.

Step 6

Transfer the crumbled cookies into a bowl with the prepared cream and mix well.

Step 7

Then mound the entire mixture onto a prepared dish and refrigerate for 1 hour to let the cake set.
