Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine softened butter, sour cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add flour and baking powder, then knead the dough by hand.
Step 5
Transfer to a bag and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Whip the boiled condensed milk for 4–5 minutes.
Step 7
Add chopped walnuts and mix.
Step 8
Pass the dough through a meat grinder.
Step 9
Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 10
Crush the cookies into crumbs.
Step 11
Add the cookie crumbs to the cream and mix.
Step 12
Roll into balls.

If desired, drizzle melted chocolate on top.
