- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 can
- 20% Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the butter into pieces, add the flour, salt, sugar, and rub everything into crumbs. Add the sour cream and knead into a shortcrust pastry.
Step 2
Form a ball, place it in a plastic bag, and put it in the freezer for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Take the dough out and grind it in a meat grinder, spread it on a baking sheet or silicone mat, and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Cool the cookies, break them into small pieces, add the sweetened condensed milk, mix well, shape into an 'ant hill', and refrigerate to set.
