- Oats - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Shredded Coconut - 3.5 oz
- Corn Syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Boiling water - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the oats, sugar, and shredded coconut.
Step 2
Melt the syrup and butter together.
Step 3
Dissolve the baking soda in boiling water and add it to the mixture of butter and syrup.
Step 4
Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake at 150-160°C for 20 minutes.
