- Saffron - 5 pieces
- Star anise - 1 piece
- Cardamom - 5 pieces
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0 oz
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Ground clove - a pinch
- Liquid dark chocolate - 4 spoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the honey until it reaches a liquid consistency on the stove, then add all the spices. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Strain through a fine sieve, let cool slightly, and slowly pour in the liquid chocolate, mixing everything thoroughly. Transfer to a piping bag.
Step 2
Temper the dark chocolate: heat it to a temperature of 113°F, then cool it down to 33 degrees. Fill the molds to the top (any shape can be used, not just hearts), pour out the excess chocolate, and cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Fill the molds with the filling, 'seal' them with chocolate, and remove the excess with a pastry scraper or a wide knife. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the candies from the mold: to do this, turn it upside down and gently tap it on the table. You can garnish with ground cinnamon.
