Ingredients
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Apple - 17.6 oz
- Black Currant - 1 cup
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the apples into wedges, mix with the black currants, cinnamon, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Place the mixture at the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
Step 2
For the crumble, mix the butter, sugar, flour, and vanillin. Rub into crumbs and sprinkle over the fruit and berry mixture.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.
