- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Blackberry - 5.3 oz
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Reserve 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter for sprinkling.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut each into 8 wedges.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, milk, and eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture and stir well.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with sugar. Pour the batter into the dish. Arrange the apples on top and sprinkle with blackberries. Gently press the apples and blackberries into the batter.
Step 6
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with 2 tablespoons of butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the pie.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 347°F for about 50 minutes. Then dust with powdered sugar.
