Ingredients
- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Boiling water - 0 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 8.5 oz
- Golden pearls - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the oranges.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 3
Add 120 g of flour and mix.
Step 4
Add cinnamon, vanilla, and the baking soda quenched with boiling water.
Step 5
Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Divide the orange into segments and remove the membranes.
Step 7
Peel the apples and remove the cores.
Step 8
Cut the apples into small slices.
Step 9
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread half of the dough and place the apples on top.
Step 10
Layer the oranges on top and pour the remaining dough over it.
Step 11
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
