Ingredients
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Kefir - 1 fl oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar, along with the vanilla sugar, with a mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 3
Without reducing the speed, add the 2 eggs, then the kefir, and the bananas (you can mash them with a regular fork on a separate plate).
Step 4
Add the flour mixture.
Step 5
Add the apples cut into small cubes (if the apples are large, two are enough, but if they are small, you can use four).
Step 6
I sprinkled some almond flakes on top.
Step 7
Divide the batter into the molds to ¾ full, the batter will rise.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven at 374°F. After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 320°F and bake for another 20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
