Ingredients
- Green Apples - 4 pieces
- Puff Pastry - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.4 oz
- Honey - 0.7 oz
- Hazelnut - 1.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Fresh Mint - 0.3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0.3 oz
- Plombir - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apple and remove the core.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry, cut it into strips 1 cm wide, and brush the inner side with egg.
Step 3
Wrap the apple in dough.
Step 4
Mix the sugar, honey, and cinnamon together. Pack the resulting mixture tightly into the core of the apple. Top with hazelnuts.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes at 356°F, then for 15 minutes at 320°F.
Step 6
Serve the apples with scoops of ice cream.
