Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 15.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Green Apples - 2 pieces
- Pickled Apples - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1½ tablespoons
- Dry yeast - 0.9 oz
- Ocean salt - 1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 410°F.
Step 10
After 10 minutes, put it in the preheated oven and bake the bread for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 356°F and bake for another 35 minutes.

Peel the green apples, cut them into cubes, and place them in a small pot. Then pour in 0.5 cup of water and put it on the heat.

Peel the red apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan and, stirring gently, sauté the grated apples until they caramelize slightly.

Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of warm water, add the sugar, and let it sit for a few minutes.

Melt the remaining butter.

Mix both types of flour, add salt, the water with yeast, the melted butter, and knead everything at medium speed in a food processor, gradually adding the cooked apples.

Add the caramelized apples, mix everything with a wooden spatula, and place the apple dough in a pot greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place the dough in it, cover with a damp cloth, and let the dough rise.
