Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 7.1 oz
- Clear Apple Juice - 4 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
- Nutmeg - 0.1 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Water - 24 fl oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Raisins - 2.8 oz
- Plant-based Cream - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil. Add the buckwheat, apple puree, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix all the ingredients. Cook the buckwheat until done, allowing the water to be fully absorbed.
Step 2
Add the chopped apple and raisins and stir. Let it sit for a minute or two, keeping the heat on.
Step 3
Add the desired amount of milk and mix.
Step 4
Top with nuts or fresh fruits for garnish.
