- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Margarine - 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Apple juice with pulp - 1 fl oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - ½ piece

Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients, add the margarine, and mash everything with a fork. Then pour in the milk, stir, and add the juice. The dough will be pliable. Roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5–1 cm, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar, arrange the grated apples, and drizzle with juice and zest, then roll it up.
Step 3
Cut the roll into portions (about 3 cm) and place them in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with a little milk (about 50 ml) and sugar on top. Bake for about 20 minutes.
