- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Apple - 5 pieces
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and half of the cinnamon, then gently fold it into the egg mixture.
